Jessie was the best! She answered her messages quickly and gave the BEST customer service. I love my tumbler and with it being hand made, there were minimal imperfections. Ones that are barely noticeable. I can’t stop looking at the tumbler it’s gorgeous. She took the time to answer my questions and fix small things on the product just because she wanted me to have the best quality possible. Great experience! Would recommend 10/10
